How much notice do I need to give once I have signed up to ensure the card will definitely be sent?

We require 14 days notice from the date you have signed up and submitted the required dates for your greeting cards.

How many times can I edit my premium service greeting card?

You will be provided with 3 different options for your premium service greeting card after you have selected one you will be allowed to revise this card 3 times if you fail to respond to our email before the specified date a card will be selected on you behalf to ensure your recipient does get a card from you.

I have signed up but it says that my inputted dates require approval? (for Travis please correct the wording I think you said something along these lines)

Yes this is correct and it doesn’t mean anything is wrong once you have submitted yours and your recipients details this has to then be approved on our side once this has all been registered on our systems you will receive an email informing you whether your submitted dates have been accepted this will be within 72 hours but no later than 5 days.
